To all Project members,

1.This is to inform all Project members that there will be a Project Meeting details as follows:

            Date : 31 October 2016

            Time : 2.00 pm - 3.30 pm

            Venue: Library Tunku Tun Aminah (UTHM)

2. MEETING AGENDA :

            1.1  Discuss where suitable chip supplier /factory in area Parit Raja.

            1.2  Design of blog, flyers, pamphlet .

            1.3  Discuss progress work.

3.To all members, you are compulsory to attend the meeting as the time and date specified. If not present you will be given penalty.

1.0  OPENING ADDRESS BY CHAAIRPERSON

1.1  The Chairperson welcomed everyone in the group.

1.2  The Chairperson acknowledged the group that the main goal of the day’s meeting was to discuss about the approach for the proposed project.

2.0  OPENING ADDRESS BY THE CHAIRPERSON

2.1  After discussing among the group, we have decided to sell chips of various choices.

3.0  MATTERS ARISING

3.1  Finding a supplier for the chips and the packaging material.

3.2  The type of chips and packaging amounts.

3.3  Design of the packaging.

3.4  Way of approaching to sell the product.

4.0  PROJECT TITTLE

4.1  Grab ‘n’ Go Chips

5.0  ACTIVITY

5.1  After a moment of brainstorming, the group name was picked by leader Athilia as “Wandering Minds”

5.2  The price range of the product were discussed and it is going to be between RM 1.00 to RM 1.50.

6.0  OTHER MATTERS

6.1  The Chairperson advised everyone to read the format of minutes of meeting from the schoology and various source in the Internet.

6.2  The Chairperson also reminded us that there would be a quiz held in class afterward.

7.0  CONCLUSIONS

7.1  The group name was decided as “Wandering Minds”

7.2  Price of the product is at RM 1.00 to RM 1.50.

7.3  The leader Athilia was informed that the next meeting would be held next week.

7.4  The meeting was postponed at 10:40 am.

1.1  The Chairperson welcomed everyone in the group.

1.2  The Chairperson directed everyone to come up with ideas for the project.

2.0  AGENDA

2.1  Venue

2.1.1        The Chairperson opened to discuss on the place for the business proposal.

2.1.2        The Chairperson instructed that the agenda of the very meeting was to dispute the business proposal for the course UWB10202.

2.2  Discussion

2.2.1        We agreed to appoint Athilia as our leader of the project.

2.2.2        After challenging our minds, we came up with a group tittle.

2.2.3        Leader, Athilia finally decided that we are going to sell chips of variation.

3.0  OTHER MATTERS

3.1  The Chairperson reminded the group of the upcoming meet up on 17^th October 2016.

3.2  The Chairperson also asked everyone to look up the minutes of meeting format in schoology.

4.0  CONCLUSIONS

4.1  Leader Athilia was informed that the group meeting would be held again next week.

4.2  The meeting was postponed at 2:00 pm.

4.3  Everyone agreed that the chips variations is the best business project.
